Location. The Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island was completed in 2005. This gated community is ideally located on Anaeho'omalu Bay. Known locally as "A" Bay, this historic inlet was favored by ancient Hawaiians as an abundant fishing ground. Other area highlights include Hapuna Beach State Park, located six miles from Kolea at Waikoloa and Pu'ukohola Heiau National Historic Site which is seven miles away. Guests arriving via Kona International Airport are 18 miles north of Kolea at Waikoloa.

The oceanfront three bedroom, three bath villas include air conditioning, stone flooring in common areas, and gourmet kitchens with natural stone countertops, African mahogany cabinetry and built in wine cabinets.
