The Oak Park Inn and Historic Hopkins House is located in Whitehall, Wis., the center of one of the nation's largest bike loop systems. Known as Coulee Country, the hills and valleys surrounding the area blend perfectly with the relaxed, small town atmosphere of Whitehall. Antique shops and specialty stores inhabit the town, and the Tenba Ridge Winery is just 13 miles away in the town of Blair.
Featuring Federal style architecture, the inn was once the private estate of Johns Hopkins. Positioned on 2.5 acres, there are several gardens, trees and bike trails on the property. Continental breakfast is served each morning in the main house. A computer, copier, fax machine and board games are available for guest use.
Guestrooms are located outside the main house and feature unique décor and private bathrooms. The Carriage House accommodations are two room suites offering high speed Internet access and DVD players.
