Perri House Bed & Breakfast is a quiet, private country bed and breakfast located on two acres of a voluntary bird sanctuary, surrounded by another 15 acres of grassy fields, pine, oak and fruit trees. For more bird watching and nature walks, Tibet Butler Preserve is three miles north of the property. These secluded accommodations are adjacent to the Walt Disney World Resort complex and five minutes from Downtown Disney, Pleasure Island and Epcot.
The Perri House grounds invite guests to become a part of something special and unique. The newly decorated South Beach style pool area is a great place to sunbathe or relax in the pool or spa tub. A breakfast buffet is served each morning. The on site library and birdhouse museum offer field guides and a bird journal for bird watchers. A short list of on site birds over the last 24 months include Red Shoulder Hawks, Kites, Owls, Osprey, Wild Turkey, Egret, Cranes, Bob Whites, Martins, Sparrows and Herons.
Each guest "nest" at the Perri House features a king bed, private bath, private entrance, television, telephone and bathrobe.
