The Pierre & Vacances Holiday Residence 'Les Aiglons' is a savoyard style residence, situated just 100 metres from the Aiguille du Midi cable car, leading to the Vallée Blanche trail. The shops and services of Chamonix resort are just 500 metres away. All apartments are simply decorated and feature well equipped kitchen areas with hot plates, refrigerators, microwave ovens and dishwashers for self catering.
This is a residence particularly well suited for families. There are many organized children's activities within the resort, from horse riding to circus skills. A childcare service is also available, allowing guests the leisure to enjoy lively Chamonix in the evenings. In the summer, canoeing and hiking are two of the popular adult activities. In the winter, recreation focuses on the surrounding slopes, which are recommended for experienced skiers, though courses in downhill skiing and cross country skiing are offered for every level. The residence is 90 kilometres from Geneve Cointrin Airport and Chamonix railway station is 800 metres away.
Each one bedroom apartment is complete with a full kitchenette, living room with one pullout bed, bedroom with one double bed, and a shower room with WC. Other amenities include a coffee maker and vacuum cleaner. Telephone and television are available for guests' use at a charge.
Reception opening hours:
Fridays, 9 AM to noon, and 5 PM to 8 PM; Saturdays, 9 AM to noon and from 2 PM to 7 PM. Sundays to Thursdays, 9 AM to noon and from 5 PM to 7 PM. Closed on Wednesdays.
