Located 90 kilometres from Chambery in the Savoie Alps, the Residence Les Chalets du Morel is set in Valmorel in the Tarentaise region. The complex features 400 apartments set in traditional Savoyard style chalet buildings. All include fully equipped kitchenettes, bathrooms with WCs, and balconies or terraces with mountain or resort views.
Guests can enjoy an array of amenities including access to the resort's swimming pool set in gardens backed by steeped terraces located 400 metres from the residence. Multilingual staff at the front desk can help guests to plan leisure activities and excursions in and around the resort. An indoor car park (fee and outdoor car park (complimentary are available for guest use. Baby sitting is offered for a fee. There are a range of Alpine activities in the resort including mountaineering, rock climbing and hiking to summits and glaciers for panoramic views of Mont Blanc mountain range. For the adventurous there are introductory paragliding courses and whitewater sports such as canyoning. Children can enjoy the playground, pony riding and trips to local farms. Geneva International Airport is 130 minutes and 130 kilometres from the resort. Reception opening hours: Monday to Thursday: 9 AM to noon and 5 PM to 8 PM. Friday: 9 AM to 1 PM and 4 PM 8 PM. Saturday: 8 AM to 10 PM. Sunday: 9 AM to 1 PM and PM to 8 PM.
Please note:
On arrival day, room keys can only be collected after 5 PM. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed.
For short stays, keys may be collected after 11 AM within reception opening hours; they must be returned by noon on the day of departure.
Towels and television are not provided free of charge and can be hired locally.

Apartments do not receive a daily cleaning/maid service On departure, all apartments should be left clean and tidy. Alternatively, an end of cleaning service is provided by the residence which incurs a fee payable locally. Guests can also purchase cleaning kits from reception.
